Coconut chia pudding
What you need
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk (extra plant based milk if you need)
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 scoop Qt Bellē or Beaū powder
Granola of your choice
Nut butter of your choice
- Whisk chia, coconut milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and Qt powder in a small bowl. Allow to sit for a few minutes, then whisk again to prevent any clumping. Follow this procedure a few times until the chia has absorbed most of the liquid. Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight, adding more liquid if necessary.
- To serve, line a jar with strawberry slices then layer the chia pudding with your favourite granola. Top with nut butter and more sliced strawberry.
