Açaí smoothie bowl

What you need

2 large frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 unsweetened frozen açaí packet
1 medjool date
Pinch of cinnamon
2 scoops Qt Bellē or Beaū powder

 

To serve

Granola of your choice
Fresh fruit
Peanut butter

 

 Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas, blueberries, açaí, dates, cinnamon and Qt powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Layer in a jar or bowl of your choice with granola, peanut butter and fresh fruit.
