What you need
1 large frozen banana
1 cup blueberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1-2 scoops Qt Bellē powder
1 cup coconut milk (add more to reach desired consistency)
2-3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- Blend everything apart from the coconut yoghurt in a blender, adding more liquid if required.
- Layer the smoothie in a jar of your choice with coconut yoghurt.
