Passionfruit bliss balls

What you need

Juice of ½ lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup almond meal
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
3 scoops Bellē powder



  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the lemon juice, zest and maple syrup.
  3. Depending on the consistency, you might want to add more desiccated coconut to the mixture.
  4. Roll them into balls and keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  5. Enjoy!
