What you need
Juice of ½ lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup almond meal
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
3 scoops Bellē
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Add the lemon juice, zest and maple syrup.
- Depending on the consistency, you might want to add more desiccated coconut to the mixture.
- Roll them into balls and keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
