Passionfruit & coconut chia pudding

What you need

3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop Qt Bellē powder

To serve

1 cup granola of choice
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1-2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
Fresh fruit 


  1. Whisk together the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla & Belle powder. Set aside for 5 minutes and whisk every now and then to avoid clumping.
  2. Set mixture aside in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight to thicken.
  3. When ready to serve, layer in a jar of your choice - alternating between layers of granola, chia pudding, passionfruit pulp and coconut yoghurt until no ingredients remain. 
  4. Top with fresh fruit & enjoy!

I made this again today for the 3rd time. So easy and delicious. I use canned peaches instead passionfruit pulp.
