Pink pitaya beauty bowl

What you need

100g frozen pink pitaya
100g frozen mango
2 large frozen bananas
2 scoops Qt Bellē powder

To serve

Sliced banana & strawberry
Granola of your choice


  1. Blend the pitaya, mango, banana and Qt Bellē powder in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy (you will need to use the tamping tool to guide into the blades, or add a small splash of liquid).
  2. To serve, layer the mixture with granola and sliced fruit in a suitable jar or bowl.

I made this with frozen raspberries instead of pitaya (never heard of it before!)
