What you need
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop Qt Beaū powder
1 cup almond, cashew or coconut milk
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp natural sweetener (honey, agave, coconut nectar etc)
To serve1 large, ripe mango - sliced
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup granola of choice
Handful of fresh blueberries (for decoration)
- Whisk the chia seeds, Beaū powder, plant based milk, vanilla, cinnamon & sweetener until well combined.
- Set aside for 5 minutes and whisk every now and then to avoid clumping, then place in the fridge to thicken for at least 1-2 hours or overnight.
- To serve, alternate between adding layers of granola, chia pudding, coconut yoghurt & mango in a jar until you have used all ingredients.
- Finish with fresh blueberries & enjoy.
