If you take just one of our Internal Cosmetics you will see a difference. However, our Encorē capsules are designed to work in conjunction with Bellē or Beaū, so taking both products together will lead to faster and superior results.

When consuming any of our products at the recommended dosage, you should start to see noticeable results after 30 days. Please note individual results can vary due to external factors like skin health, diet and exercise levels.

Bellē and Beaū both contain a high amount of collagen per serve, which is one of the components that yields the greatest results for reversing fine lines and wrinkles. However, Bellē and Beaū are not simply collagen powders, they also contain other natural ingredients (like the exceptionally hydrating Tremella) that work to bring a new radiance to the skin and improve overall health and well‑being.

Both his and her Encorē products contain ingredients that are also in Bellē and Beaū, but they are the extract versions which means they are more nutrient dense. Plus they contain Keratin, which protects the skin from stress, so it is essential to maintaining healthy, skin, hair and nails. 

They also contain Zinc and Magnesium, which are natural anti‑inflammatories. The body uses Zinc for skin repair and regeneration, and Magnesium for regulating the effects of cortisol (the ‘stress’ hormone) in the body, helping to keep acne flare-ups at bay.

Bellē Encorē also contains Raspberry Leaf and Red Clover for hormone regulation, whereas Beaū Encorē contains Tribulus and Maca to enhance athletic performance and sexual function.

Yes, Qt Internal Cosmetics contain hydrolysed collagen, which means that the bonds that hold the collagen strands together are broken into snippets, making it easier for the body to use. Hydrolysed collagen is dairy-free, gluten-free, and contains no allergens.

Our collagen supplier has stringent requirements for their production processes and quality testing, and is also committed to obtaining their raw materials from sustainable sources.

If you want to take our Internal Cosmetics when you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we advise that you speak to your doctor beforehand.

Qt products are low in fat and carbs and high in protein, so can easily be incorporated into a keto diet plan.

All of our products contain collagen, so aren't vegan or vegetarian. We do use all‑natural ingredients that are sustainability sourced.
