1 cup of coconut milk 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp melted coconut oil 1-2 tbsp Beaū powder 3 1/2 tbsp gelatin
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup cacao powder
In a small saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil and Beaū powder until combined.
Sprinkle the gelatin on top of the mixture and set aside to bloom.
Heat over medium heat for a few minutes until smooth and glossy (do not boil)
Pour into small silicone chocolate moulds (silicone ice cube trays will also work here) and chill for approximately 1 hour until firm.
Whilst the fudge bites are chilling, whisk together the chocolate coating by whisking all coating ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and silky. Set aside.
Once the fudge bites have set in the fridge, remove from moulds.
Lay some baking paper on a medium-sized chopping board and proceed to coat each gummy, laying flat on the baking paper to set. Drizzle any remaining chocolate over top and trim the edges if necessary. Top with salt flakes (optional)
Keep the fudge bites in the refrigerator and enjoy!
