Ingredients
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut butter, melted
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp Beaū powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup roasted peanut halves
Method
1. Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut butter & melted coconut oil until smooth.
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix until well combined.
3. Press into a small loaf or brownie tin lined with parchment paper.
4. Freeze for 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to slicing.
Keep slices in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
