Immune boosting alkalising green smoothie recipe

Ingredients

1 cup frozen papaya
1 frozen banana
1 cup kale
1/2 inch knob of turmeric
2 tsp Bellē powder
1/4 tsp spirulina
1 cup filtered water (more as desired)
Juice of 1/2 lime

Method

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more water as required to reach desired consistency. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
