Kiwi, lime & collagen mojito
Roughly 1/2 cup water
Ice cube tray
1 kiwifruit, skin off & diced
Juice of 1/2 lime
Coconut sugar to garnish
1. An hour beforehand, whisk together the Beaū or Bellē powder and water. Divide into ice cube tray and freeze.
2. Dip the rim of two glasses in water and then into coconut sugar to garnish.
3. Muddle together kiwifruit, lime and mint leaves. Split between the two glasses.
4. Divide ice cubes between two glasses and top with soda water.
