Youthful, immunity booster
This vitamin packed, anti-ageing, immune booster makes enough juice for 2 or approximately 3-5 immunity shots.
Tip: Another way to use your high dose immune booster is to freeze it into ice cubes and add them into your favourite citrus smoothie for an extra kick!
Be warned - this recipe is spicy!
What you need
1 large thumb turmeric, peeled
1 large thumb ginger, peeled
1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
4 tbsp Qt Bellē powder
- Cut the skin off the oranges and lemons.
- In a high powered blender, blend the orange & lemon flesh, turmeric & ginger until smooth. Add a tiny splash of water to help your blender blades if needed.
- Using a cheesecloth or sieve, strain the juice to remove any pulp.
- Rinse the blender and add the strained juice back into the blender.
- Add the black pepper and Bellē collagen powder, blend to combine.
- Store the elixir in a small glass bottle in fridge for up to 7 days. Serve a small amount over ice.
